1. In giving her input on my idea in incorporating my proposed course to insight awareness of leadership, she immediately agreed with the notion. Thalia gave me an example of personnel situations where my suggested program would have saved feedback scores and even the jobs of the working participants.
5. How will including this person in your network enhance my ability to exploit an opportunity:
1. She can give me an internal perspective to the construct of leadership development that immerse from the risky environment that is naturally brought by a hospital department. Keen leadership skills, that can be effectively honed by my suggested course, are direly demanded in these settings.
• Market Expert: 
1. Who they are, what their background is:
1. Lauren is in her senior year of at the University of Florida and is employed at Blaze Pizza.
2. How this person is market expert:
1. She has a good understanding of the demanded field characteristics needed in a fast paced work environment. She can provide me the essential kinds of lacking behaviors of the current millennial workers.
3. How I found and contacted the person:
1. I met Lauren at a bar setting in Midtown. Our conversation led to the topic of incompetence that is found at workplace and suggested incentives to restore it.
4. Nature of Exchange: What they did for me, what is the return expectation:
1. I am expecting her to give me a detailed description on aspects of her work experience that could have been subject to refinement. The proposed course competencies will be directly structured from the information Lauren can add oue questionnaire. 
5. How will including them enhance my ability to exploit an opportunity:
1. Her duration of hands-on work experience will provide structure to the content of my courses.
• Industry Supplier:
1. Who they are, what their background is:
1. Leo Miyares is a senior accountant at his partnered accounting firm, GEMCO.
2. How this person is industry supplier.
1. Leo would support my proposal by including the course part of his firm. He would be the first to acquire the program.
3. How I found and contacted this person:
1. He acts as my father's primary trusted accountant. He handles a great deal of  financial strategy advice to many clients across Miami.
4. Nature of Exchange: What they did for me, what is the return expectation.
1. Leo accepted the proposal and is willing to experiment with implementing the course in his firm to strengthen the leadership attributes of interns and entry-level personnel.
5. How will including them enhance my ability to exploit an opportunity.
1. Leo's broad networking base can provide potential expansion of the program if it performs true measured results. If the course succeeds it may be able to spread to other firms.
• Finally: Reflect. This experience requires you to do a little 'targeted networking.' How will this experience shape how you participate in any future networking events? Did this experience differ from your networking experiences in the past? How? 
• The experience in going out of my way to question potential stakeholders took me out of my comfort zone. I have always contemplated about how I would approach influential actors that would benefit the success of my proposed endeavor. This experience definitely broke the seal for me to be more expressive to efficiently propose my entrepreneurial ideas.
